1. Time to cut down on the food intake!
I feel fat! FAT! F.A.T. ))):
ESP. food like MILK, CHEESE, CHOCOLATE, SWEET, etc... even FASTFOOD!
Time to cut down on those kinda of food.
2. Do some exercise before those fat really store in my body.
Probably, shall go for a run session or swimming session SOON!
ANYONE?
3. Apply lot of lotion over my body after i bathe!
Used to do that everything after i bathe but somehow had stopped.
I love the super smooth feeling when i touch myself. esp my elbow. It's especially rough. I don't know why.
4. Start doing on my project before it's too late!
Had not really touch on it. And i don't think i have much time left.
5. SLEEP EARLY!
My beauty sleep had not recover ever since don't know what time.
6. Start to save up!
I have not been saving any money at all! i even used up all those money that i save.
All the birthdays are coming....
